Exercising & Training

In the last decade along with the rise of technology coupled with social  changes we have watched a society where the new generation is far less  active.

Fortunately as we recognise the problem we are able to be proactive about  the value exercise can be in reversing the problems. At least 30 minutes of moderate exercise, 5 days a week is all an adult  requires. This can very easily be factored into most peoples' day without  feeling like it is cutting into a busy schedule. For example this could be  in the form of walking to and from work, to and from the shops etc

The idea is that whatever your physical activity may be for the day, it  shouldn't feel like a difficult or annoying chore. So in addition to exercise, taking up sports or activities  that you will enjoy is valuable.

Being physically active releases endorphins leaving you feeling refreshed  and setting you up nicely for good nights sleep. In the long term you will  be more energized, have a healthier heart and a stronger leaner body.
