Biceps Curl

Primary Muscles: Biceps

  • Place the ball between the small of your back and the wall
  • Hold two dumbbells in each hand, by your sides, palms facing forward, knees slightly bent
  • keeping your elbows close to your body, lift the dumbbells towards your shoulders, breathing out as you do and squeezing your biceps when dumbbells reach your shoulders.
  • Return to the start position, breathing in
