Chest Press

Primary Muscles: Chest, Back of arms

  • Be equipped with suitable sized dumbbells in each hand
  • Perform the walk away exercise so that your shoulders are resting on the exercise ball like a bench
  • The starting position is with your arms bent at a 90 degree angle to your chest, palms facing forward, knuckles pointing up
  • Push the dumb bells forward, breathing out, in a slow controlled motion. Don’t lock elbows.
  • Bring the dumb bells back to the starting position while breathing in
