Hip Twists

  • Sit on the ball and lock your eye line on a position such as where the wall meets the ceiling
  • Walking your feet out while breathing in, keep the navel firm
  • Do this until your middle back is resting on the ball
  • Walk your feet back, whilst breathing out until you are back in seated position
