  • Kneel in front of the ball, keeping a neutral spine
  • Lean over the ball and place hands flat on the floor
  • Walk your hands out so that your thighs are leaning on the ball
  • Keep your neck, shoulders and head in line with your spine

Intensify:
• 1. Walk out further to your shins
• 2. Roll your shins from one side of the ball to the other
