Celebrity Diet
Lights, camera, action!
This is the life of the movie star, actor, performer or anyone else that is constantly under the watchful eye of the Paparazzi. As a result, the physical appearance of a celebrity is under constant scrutiny and any sign of a weight increase, bulge or excess cellulite is thrust into the spotlight. A prime example involves less then flattering photos circulating of Jennifer Love Hewitt late 2007 that had her lash back in a blog on her official website. During the same time there was the infamous performance by Britney Spears at the 2007 MTV video music awards which sparked the headline in the New York Post "Lard and Clear".
Celebrities aren't super human
A lot of people are under the false impression that a large amount of celebrities are genetically endowed with good genes that result in a high metabolism and the ideal body. This is not the case, for what they don't realise is that celebrities generally have to work very hard to get in shape. Yes they get a lot of help, but they still have to work very hard to find methods that work.
Just like you and I, celebrities are prone to insecurities about their bodies, perhaps more so due to their massive public exposure. The media and the public are relentless in their criticism and as a result physical upkeep can often take high priority whether it is for personal or professional reasons.
Resources
With a larger then average income, celebrities have the luxury of personal trainers, nutritionists and other health professionals to aid them with their weight management. In a sense we are able to benefit from them and their resources once they have achieved positive and tangible results via various methods.
With all the resources they have at hand we would expect their weight loss methods to be the best and we are there with a watchful eye, in the hope that perhaps we too can learn something from their success.
So what is the secret to celebrity weight loss?
Unfortunately, it's not that simple.
Just as there are a myriad of diets out there, there are a just as many celebrities who follow them, but the underlying point is, we are still watching success. What we should know about all the diets out there is that weight loss and maintenance can be achieved in different ways that are appropriate for different people. For celebrities, there is no exception. There are usually one or two celebrities that we can somehow relate to more then the rest in terms of their struggle with weight, their background, their body shape amongst other factors. For some of us we are intrigued by the celebrities whose personalities and lifestyles interest us the most or maybe it's those who we observe and aspire to be more like. It's a refreshing thought to know that celebrities go through similar struggles and have to put in some effort to manage their weight.
Here is a list of celebrities, specific diets followed alongside weight management habits.
