Fat Flush Diet

The Fat Flush Diet is designed to increase your metabolism and weight reduction efforts, and flush out whatever contributes to your bloating. The important factor required in here is the commitment to a healthy lifestyle with healthy habits. The phases of this plan targets the development of healthy consumption habits of meals comprising of necessary fats, specified amounts of protein foods, vegetables, fruits, and herbs together with spices. There are other things as well such as diuretic beverages for cleansing, sufficient exercise, journaling or recording, and necessary ample sleep. Moreover, in this type of diet, fasting has benefits in flushing the fat and cleansing the liver.

Weight loss is induced through detoxification of the liver and increase metabolism to boost the effects of the combinations of healthy carbohydrates, balanced protein, and food restrictions. The three aspects of this actual diet plan follow a rather strict primary phase, which initiate quick weight loss. Disciplined food planning and preparing is required to be able to complete all phases. The final phase diet is composed of 40% carbohydrates, protein worth 30%, and 30% fat. It is the first phase that is very difficult since it encourages liver cleansing and nutrition control. However, the various restrictions include spices and herbs that do not flush fat, margarine, alcohol, sugar, oils and fats, grains, cereals, starchy vegetables, and dairy products. Meanwhile, phase 2 reduces the food restrictions. Lastly, phase 3 is the fat-flushing maintenance stage and the maintenance of eating program integrated in the lifestyle and increasing vital energy. Here more foods are re-introduced in a controlled manner to monitor allergy and other body reactions until the required proportions are achieved.

This diet plan is somewhat expensive and time-consuming because it will require you to actually plan, cook, and prepare food and to regularly buy fresh fruits and vegetables. Some of the recommended foods can only be obtained in special shops especially the organic foods and juices. If you organize your meals well, you will have variations of meals and recipes following food principles of the plan. The essential elements of this diet helps it succeed in its purpose, which is to reduce weight, because its elements are designed to regulate metabolism speed, especially the release of excess fats in the body.

The liver is the central organ of the body given special attention by this diet because it is the furnace that burns fat. It is meant to restore tired and toxic livers to their healthy state. Unlike most diets which leave the burning of fat and calories to muscles, this diet deals with the problem at the level of the liver by detoxifying it and recover its health. Once the liver health is restored, body-friendly carbohydrates may be restored in the diet and even later, the dairy products.

Some critics claim that the diet that consists of low calorie foods does not actually rev up the liver or that the liver need not be detoxified because it is the muscles that burn fat. There may be some truth in their opinion, but the Fat Flush diet program also offers a very effective plan specially for those whose weight problems is to do with their liver.
