The Hampton's Diet
With the numerous health and diet programs existing today, fitness and health gurus have so many diet alternatives to choose from. One of these dietary programs is the Hampton's Diet. Former medical officer of the Atkins Center, Dr. Fred Pescatore, created this low carbohydrate diet based from a research that stems from Dr. Robert Atkins's version of a diet program, which claims that it is safe for any individual to eat foods that contain too much fats. In the Atkins Diet, research shows that there are some fats that have health benefits and there are others that are detrimental to our health. If you are aware of this, you will either avoid every food that contains fat or eat indiscriminately, both of which pose serious consequences to your health. In the so-called Hampton's diet, three things accompany a good diet: It must effectively lead you to weight loss; it should help you maintain healthy physique; and you must also be able to eat well with pleasure. By learning about healthy consumption of fats and adopting that knowledge in your Hampton's diet, you will effectively avert diseases related to diabetes, circulation and respiratory systems, cancer, and allergies. You will also be able to enhance, prolong, and enjoy life with increased energy than you would have with bad health. Moreover, modern studies and reports on insulin resistance explain that metabolic syndrome (Syndrome X), and diabetes should be part of your chosen daily diet because these allow you to achieve optimum health condition. What is good about the Hampton's dietary scheme is that you become aware of how to get healthy because you will be familiarizing yourself with the nutritious foods that you should eat on a daily basis. Without knowing this, you will be drawn to one diet plan to another and never succeed at all. The Hampton's diet generally emphasizes the right type of fat and low carbohydrate foods that you should consume. For instance, fats that are mono-saturated, omega-three, and six fatty acids must be part of your regular eating schedule. You can get mono-saturated oils from avocado, olive oil, and macadamia nuts. To make the diet plan even more effective, non-processed, whole grain foods must also be part of your daily meals. You need to consume or eat more organic vegetable foods and minimally processed whole foods for you to have controlled carbohydrate consumption. As such, you are then required to eat lean meats, fish, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. When you learn how to adopt the Hampton's diet lifestyle, you will surely be as healthy as you could ever be. Now that you are already aware of what to eat, you can indulge yourself with any food that is healthy. For foods that have health detrimental ingredients, you can come up with your healthy version using the Hampton's diet program. With this superb diet plan, you will be able to eat well and loose pounds until you reach your preferred weight. | |||
