Don’t follow a one food diet program such as the Cabbage Soup diet, or the Grapefruit diet. Your body is not meant to exist on just one type of food.  This website is about checks and balances, using your common sense and adopting a program because it works for you, not because it is the latest fad. The fad diets come and go. Your body is with you for the duration of your life. It is important to take care of your body wisely.

The weight loss industry is big business world wide. Last year in the United States alone over $30 billion dollars was spent on various weight loss products, gym memberships, exercise machines and food programs. 

People are focused on an easy and quick way to lose weight. If this is how you are hoping to lose weight, you will not find much help here. There are no endorsements for miracle diet pills to be found here.  This website is not geared for that type of weight loss.
