Weight Watchers Diet

The Weight Watchers diet is one of the most popular weight loss programs available today. This gives a real added incentive to get another pound off, although it can be annoying if you don't! The online version has a big library of recipes, lots of exercise ideas and a forum open 24 hours, so its more suitable for shift workers who cant always make regular meetings.

All in all, the Weight Watchers diet may be worth a try, although of course you should consult your doctor first.
